Meet Sara Jessy

A former varsity and professional hockey player, 15 years of high-level sport taught me the undeniable power of mindset in reaching a goal.

With a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and two master's degrees — resilience in sport and mental performance consulting — I now help people like you unlock their potential, conquer their goals and navigate every setback along the way.
